Our Secure Chat service lets you chat directly with counsellors.

Our counsellors have the skills and experience to help you quit using tobacco no matter what kind of product you use. They can also help you to quit vaping.

To start a secure chat session with us, click on the Chat with us! button on the bottom right hand corner of the page and follow the prompts.

Chat Hours:
Monday–Thursday: 9am–10pm
Friday: 9am–7pm
Saturday–Sunday: 10am–6pm

Some concerns are NOT appropriate or safe to discuss on Secure Chat. A counsellor may ask to continue the conversation over the phone to better meet your needs.

We keep all personal information secure and confidential. We will ask you for the following information to create a confidential file:

  • a name or nickname
  • a phone number where we can reach you
  • your date of birth or your approximate age

In an emergency call 911.
